Experience: I started as a complete beginner Sophomore year of high school and worked my way up to a D1 scholarship. I’ve started from scratch 3 different times and understand running at every step of the way.

I’ve personally dealt with and treated bone, joint and tendon injuries and understand the agony of injury and the grind it takes to get back.
