In-Home Running-Focused Physical Therapy In Ken Caryl
Injured or stuck in pain? As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former Division 1 runner, I help runners recover faster, train smarter, and get back to doing what they love. Backed by my exclusive Goal Met Guarantee.
Why Stride Running PT + Performance?
Traditional PT isn’t designed for runners. You get generic rehab exercises and are left guessing how to return to training.
At Stride Running PT + Performance, every session is built for runners. You’ll leave with a clear plan for recovery and a safe, structured return to running.
Who I Work With
Runners sidelined by injuries (bone stress, tendon issues, knee pain, etc.)
Athletes who want to fix recurring running problems for good
Runners preparing for big goals (marathon, BQ, age-group podiums)
Adults who want to stay healthy and keep running for life

FAQ
-
No, we do not take insurance. This allows us to provide the highest quality, personalized care without the restrictions imposed by insurance companies. Many of the services runners need—like gait analysis, running-specific strength assessments, and deep dives into training plans—aren’t covered by insurance.
Also, they have certain requirements like need for progress at all times and can set limits on the number of visits you can receive. This would therefore not cover our goal-met guarantee.
By operating outside the insurance system, I can focus entirely on what’s best for you, not what’s reimbursable. This approach ensures we spend our time addressing your goals, not jumping through administrative hoops.
However, I can still accept HSA and FSA or provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your provider to understand your coverage.
If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!
